The Art of the Burn

Unlock the full potential of your Kay's Candles. Proper care ensures a safer experience, a cleaner burn, and a fragrance throw that beautifully fills your space. Master the essentials of candle longevity and safety.

Burning Tips

Trim the Wick

Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before every burn. This prevents large flames and soot buildup.

First Burn

Allow the wax to melt to the edges on your first burn to prevent tunneling and ensure a long candle life.

Safe Extinguishing

Use a snuffer to put out your candle instead of blowing it out to minimize smoke and protect the wax.

Burn Safely

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface to prevent heat damage to furniture and accidental tipping.

Keep away from drafts, vents, and flammable objects. Ensure candles are out of reach of children and pets.

Give Glass a Second Life

Once your candle has burned to its final quarter inch, don't say goodbye to the vessel. Our glass jars are designed to be repurposed as elegant vases, stationery holders, or stylish storage. Simply clean with warm soapy water and let your creativity shine.
